"Start children off on the way they should go and even when they are old, they will not turn from it" Proverbs 22:6

Voluntary Contributions

Dear Parents and Carers,

As you may be aware, the current level of government funding allocated to schools is not sufficient to meet all of our needs. Like many schools across the country, we continue to face increasing financial pressures, from rising operational costs to the need for additional resources that enhance both the educational experience and the day-to-day running of the school. While we remain committed to maintaining the highest standards of education, these challenges can limit the range of experiences we are able to offer and the improvements we can make to the school environment.

Last year, the Governing Body agreed to introduce a Voluntary Contribution Scheme. This scheme enables the senior leadership team to direct funds where they are needed most in order to maintain the high levels of growth, development, and opportunities currently available to all children at our school. As the name suggests, this contribution is entirely voluntary. Whether or not a family is able to contribute, every child will continue to receive the same high-quality education, care, and support. Contributions are completely confidential and will not be shared with staff, children, or governors.

We kindly ask families to consider making a contribution you feel able to. We would like to thank all families who were able to contribute last year—your support made a real difference. If you are able to support the school this year, donations can be made via SchoolComms to the PFA – Voluntary Contributions Account.
