The children in Year 2 went to visit our local Church, Christ Church to see Reverend Oliver and to learn about the features of a church. Reverend Oliver spoke to the children about his role in the church and explained the uses of different objects, such as the font and the pulpit. During our time there, the children explored the different areas of the church close up. Before we left, they were able to ask Reverend Oliver about his job and how he joined the church.
